I had a booking of Sunrise yoga for this morning which got cancelled at the “last minute”. I woke up, saw the notification and then I recognised it as an opportunity to start the day early and went to great the sunrise with some yoga and meditation anyway! ? Was totally worth it!
Practice of positive thinking is never ending. It’s about recognising and taking responsibility of our emotional state. Basically you go trough the life and have all kinds of experiences and it is up to you how do you perceive them. Are they good or bad? Obstacles or stepping stones? Curse or blessing? Yes, it is up to us to put a meaning to the events that happen to us. And our perception will determine how are we going to respond! How did I respond today? Went out to do the thing I love anyway!
