Raising energy is like taking care of a bicycle. It takes regular practice! 🚵♀️
🧹️ You need to clean it up first so you can see things clearly.
🤸♀️ This is the movement of your body – to shake it up and release any stress already stored.
⏳ Then you want to oil all the moving parts so they don’t make any annoying squeaking noises and run freely without causing any damage.
🧘 This is stretching, giving your body more freedom to move.
🚀 And then you want to have appropriate pressure in your tires. Can’t drive with flat tires at all. Low pressure is quite difficult as well – a lot of resistance. And high pressure gives risk to burst the tire, especially when there is a lot of bump along the way.
🎯 The tires are like our mindset. And the air pressure like our focus. It’s up to us where and how much of the attention we put.
Seeking a balance between relaxed and exited mind is the key. Neither extreme will make us sustainably happy.
It’s easy to maintain a bicycle, just takes a bit of time and effort. The same goes for our capacity to stay energized.
