All you need is love.
All roads lead to… love. This is the feeling I continuously keep getting. Everything is connected and all emotions can be related to different degrees and different expressions of love (or lack thereof).
Let’s have an example. Getting tempted to eat more sweets than I feel comfortable with means: work against myself, against my self-love, self-love decreases, feeling worse, exercise less (because of fear of injury etc.), health decreases, want to hide? some new fat might help to distance from others…downward spiral continues as long as you let it!
All you need is self-love and you would not engage in damaging behavior or feelings. Practice smile & gratitude!
