Tarot Coaching

There is one of two main reasons why you are here.

You feel stuck and are looking for guidance and a sense of certainty in an area of your life. You might be faced with a life-changing decision and are overwhelmed to make it on your own. You have been looking for a sustainable solution that would not make you dependent on anyone or anything (substance or treatment to buy). However, the pain of not being able to make a decision is too big so you are starting to consider other options. If that’s the case, you are at the right place! Because there is a sustainable solution and I am happy to guide you there.

OR

You are curious about the ancient arts of divination and want to get to know more about yourself. You love magic, mystical, and probably science fiction. And you believe that there is more than meets the eye, that there is deep wisdom we have forgotten over time. And yes, the truth is out there only because it gets projected out from within!

Tarot coaching is using tarot cards as a tool in a coaching session to help you to access your subconscious mind and reveal your own insights.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a process of you being guided to your desired success.

Let’s break it down:

  • guiding – providing minimal support so you can do your own work. Coach is like a tour guide – showing the way, what to pay attention to, and what to avoid, while you walk on your own (vs the coach carrying you or dragging you along).
  • your desired – my task as a coach is to get an understanding of what you really want and what are the underlying needs to be met
  • success – “success is a progressive realization of a worthy ideal”. That means a change in your mental state which leads to a change in your perception, actions, habits, and eventually environment and physical reality.

What is tarot?

Traditionally tarot is a deck of 78 cards that consist of deep symbols and archetypical images. These images serve as screenshots of a movie – a story of a person’s journey through life. They depict typical stages of human development, including lessons to learn and challenges to overcome.

Basically, tarot is a divination tool. It’s a tool to access the subconscious mind.

Obviously, a tool can be used in many different ways. In the case of fortune-telling, a reader makes attempt to predict the client’s future. I personally don’t find this application very practical. Especially because I believe in free will and the ability to change our story at any given moment in time. In case I as a reader manage to make a good story, I can impress on the client’s mind and eventually might plant a seed for a self-fulfilling prophecy.

On the other hand, in tarot coaching, I encourage my clients to tell & make their own fortune! Together we reveal the influence of conscious and subconscious minds. And then help them to adjust their course and mindset to get what they really want, regardless of external circumstances! Essentially providing clients with more certainty and self-confidence by dealing with possible challenges in advance together!

How does it actually work?

There are many ways how to explain how it actually works.

The session starts with a chat to reveal the desires of the client. Once the area of interest is clear I encourage my client to ask a question.

Question asking is the most important part of the reading! Because most of the time only good questions get good answers. Dumb questions get even dumber answers!

You probably know this saying: “ask and you shall receive”, right?

How about this one: “you shall reap what you sow”?

You also probably have seen this theme in a movie or an ancient folk story: devil or genie grants a person a wish. Happy days! They make a wish and get exactly what they asked for! Cool, right? Not quite, because they get exactly what they ask for not more not less. And there is always a downside to things that were not specifically mentioned. Do you want money? Sure, here is 1€. You did not mention how much. Or you might get a lot, but no one to share it with?

Want a love of your life? Turns out to be a dog. 🙂

Ok, I think you get the point of how important is to ask a good question. Let me give you some more examples.

A client wants to have a new job, where he/she gets more money and more free time to spend with family and do something meaningful. Great, they know what they want!

A bad question: Will I get this job?

Why bad? It’s a yes/no question asking for future/fortune-telling. It also expresses doubt on behalf of clients about their ability to get the job. Will they get it? Unlikely, as long as they keep on focusing on their doubt! A decision they can make at any time and change their future!

Another bad question: “Will I get a job in company X?”

This is even worse because there is not only doubt but also assumption that the best possibility is in company X. Which might not be the case.

A good question is open and specific enough! It is not forcing any specific outcome (company, person, situation), while still specifying which needs and desires to need to be met! It allows for the Universe/God/Destiny/Angels/Subconscious/[Insert your name] to guide you to the best possible outcome, which quite often is beyond our wildest dreams!

A better question: How can I get a new job?

Now we are talking, the client has decided that the old one is not fitting them so they want a new one. However, they are not referring to or specifying that they want this “dream job” referred to before.

Even better questions: “How can I get my dream job?”, “What do I need to know regarding getting the job where, … [things that are important to the client]?”

Don’t worry if this sounds too complicated – that’s where I come in as a coach to help in guiding you to ask the best possible question in any given circumstance so you do get the best possible answer to get clear next steps to take!

If you suffer from headaches, are uncertain about some future decision, are procrastinating, stressed, anxious, or depressed those are signs, that you are not listening to your intuition. If you are curious to get to know what is bothering you and how to resolve it book a session with me!
