This Workshop starts with gentle body activation and ends with another cooldown checkup.
The main part goes through 4 rounds of 27 mindful salutations (each round is about 27min long).
Between the rounds, there is about a 3min break to reflect & refresh. Which In total takes about 2h.
After which there is 9min savasana to reflect & integrate.
It is not necessary to take part in physical movements throughout the whole ritual, however, I do encourage you to block out the time for the whole event.
In case you need to stop or take a break, it is encouraged to do so! However, do that mindfully and keep with your breath!
