Starting from November I am giving live Yoga classes according to the following schedule.
Weekdays 8 am UTC+0 (London, Canaries time).
Mondays we start the week gently, tuning in with our bodies and setting ourselves up for a productive week ahead.
Tuesdays and Thursdays we practice silent yoga – an opportunity to express ourselves freely and assess our progress.
Wednesdays we do active flow – dynamic movements synced with breath.
Fridays we ground ourselves, reset our energy to a neutral level in preparation for the weekend. If you feel low on energy this will essentially raise your energy. Or if you rather feel high, this will keep you more stable: feet on the ground, head in the clouds.
Classes are arranged on a Pay-what-you-can base – pay your price by value receive (as you go) or subscribe for monthly payment.
